Wow! This has certainly been a big month for slots jackpots. Just a few days ago, we discussed how somebody won an $11.6 million jackpot through Mega Moolah. Now, we have a 62-year-old Swedish man winning a €4,019,652 payout on NetEnt’s Mega Fortune Dreams.
The Swede earned a shot at Mega Fortune Dreams’ bonus round, where the goal is to get to the middle of the wheel and win the progressive jackpot. The odds of this are low, but somehow the lucky winner pulled it off.
Following the win, the Swedish man didn’t know what to say. But he eventually came up with the following:
“A lot was going through my mind, but I think I just managed to get an “OH” out of me. Now I will take care of the most important thing, which is my family. They have been enormously supportive of me throughout the years so this is my time to give back.”
As for Mega Fortune Dreams, this jackpot has created plenty of millionaires, including six in the past year. The biggest win in the casino’s history happened when another Swedish man won €8.5 million.
NetEnt as a company has had lots of success in creating millionaires.
“This is why we do, what we do. We’re delighted that a NetEnt game has helped created yet another multi-millionaire and gives another fantastic casino the opportunity to rewards their loyal players,” said Simon Hammon from NetEnt’s Chief Product Office.
In other recent jackpot news, we covered the story of Linda Thornwood, who earned almost $1 million through IGT’s Wheel of Fortune.
Linda’s husband, Eddie, feared that his wife had been robbed when he returned to see her surrounded by Empire City Casino (NY) security. But he was elated to instead find out that she’d won over $960k through slots.
